This simulator allows a connection of a telephone, answering machine, modem, fax machine, security dialer or any other telephone device to connect to either or both ports of the simulator. It is commonly used for testing and demonstration of all types of telephone devices in training and exhibitions etc without the cost of connecting to a telephone line. Can also be used for tie line connections over distances up to 2 km. Produces 'dial tone' and 'busy tone' and has all seven distinctive ring patterns that are planned for use in Australia.
